Alternatively, if you already know your skin type you can filter the products in the skincare category, to shop by your skin type or skin concern. Natural products are a much healthier option for both you and the environment, so we only stock the cleanest, sustainable products for you in this store.
Can I purchase a skin school video on its own?
Yes, of course! While we highly recommend the products we have chosen for you in this store, there is absolutely no obligation for you to purchase any recommended products with the videos. To purchase a skin school video simply add it your cart and once it has been purchased you can download it and access it INSTANTLY. No shipping fees, no waiting on your order, no need for booking an in-clinic consultation! Easy peasy!
How are the supplements you supply any different to most supplements on the market?
We have sourced one of the purest, most potent skin supplement brands on the market. Advanced Nutrition Programme supplements are designed with specific combinations of vitamins and minerals that work together to enhance absorption and effectiveness, rather than just individual nutrients.

I’m pregnant, is it safe for me to use any products in your store?
While all the products in our store prioritises natural ingredients, not every product will be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We have created a pregnancy safe section for you, so you can shop a range of products with confidence, in knowing that they are safe for you. This does not mean that all other products in the store are not suitable for you, we would just advise you discuss other product options with your doctor before adding them in to your homecare routine, especially any skincare supplements. Some supplements can be greatly beneficial for you, especially like the Skin Clear Biome for breakouts or the Skin Omegas+ for dryness and inflammation, but you absolutely cannot purchase these without consulting your doctor first. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use Australia post. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $75 AUD are free with Australia Post Standard Post service.
How do I place an order?
1. Add desired items to your cart, by clicking on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
2. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
3. If you have a discount code please enter now and click on 'Apply'. The discounted price will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
4. Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
How can I track my order?
To track your Australia Post order, you can use the Australia Post website or the AusPost app. You'll need your tracking number, which is provided in your order confirmation email or shipping notification. Enter the tracking number on the website or in the app to view the current status and delivery information.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 business days.
We offer Australia wide shipping via Australia Post.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of the order, as The Sustainable Skin Company does not take responsibility for lost parcels due to an incorrect shipping address.
Australia post delivery times from our warehouse in Perth, WA, vary based on destination and service type. You may choose from standard shipping or express shipping.
Generally, within Western Australia, you can expect:
- 2-4 business days for standard parcel post
- 1-3+ business days for express post.
Interstate ranges from:
- 3-7 business days for standard post
- 1-4+ business days for express post.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at info@thesustainableskincompany.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.
*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution centre in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.
"Like New" means that the items you ordered must be unused and unopened with all hygiene seals and packaging intact for resale.
If items are returned opened/ broken seal, or not in a saleable condition, or have been damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, it will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.
If you decide you want to return your order, please email us at info@thesustainableskincompany.com with your order number and we will assist you. We want to make this as simple of a process as possible for you. Please note that all refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Costs of delivery will not be included in the refund.
What if my product arrives damaged or is faulty?
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@thesustainableskincompany.com on the day of delivery.
The Sustainable Skin Company will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorised by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
