Building on one of our of our core values 'sustainability' we are excited to launch our refill program. A program to reduce packaging, our footprint as a company and minimise our customer's landfill by over 75%.

You can purchase a stainless steel funnel separately to make the process seamless! 

We have partnered with TerraCycle Zero Waste Boxes which is an organisation that allow us to recycle almost every type of waste, keeping them out of landfill.

DIRECTIONS

1. Take the lid off the bottle.

2. Add a small amount of natural dish soap (if you don't have natural just use water) and place the bottle inside a cup or bowl where it can be fully immersed. 

3. Pour in boiling hot water and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Put the lid into the hot water and pump through the soapy water until the pump water runs clear.

5. Tip out the soapy water and repeat with clean boiling water, sit for 10 minutes. 

6. Put the lid into the hot water and pump through the clean water until the pump water runs clear.

7. Take the bottle and lid out, shake off excess water and allow to sit until completely cool and dry.

8. To refill, use scissors to make a small snip in the corner of your pouch (a smaller hole will allow for easier pouring).

9. Carefully pour the product into your clean bottle (we recommend using a funnel).

* If you are using BB Cream, Moisturiser or Sunscreen (thicker products) you can set them upside down so all the product comes to the top and then there is no waste.

Make sure you clean and store your stainless steel funnel between uses.
